All fares throughout Ireland are
now metered, by agreeing to a FIXED fare you waive your right to a
Metered Fare.
You must Sign a Waiver Form

The Fixed Price will include ALL
Service Charges... ... but NOT Waiting Time.........If You Are
Delayed.
I normally give a Mobile Contact
number with confirmations..........Ring and let me know if you are
to be delayed.
The screens at Dublin Airport are
not instantly updated, and I cannot be on standby all day.
In the case of an Airport
Pick-up, there is a 15 minutes waiting time built into your
booking
FREE of Charge!.
Flights can be delayed......We
don't cause it, but I should get paid for
waiting,
Especially if I have no knowledge
of any delays.
Extra waiting time is charged at
EURO 10.00 per
15 minutes or part thereof and is paid with cash.
The extra waiting charges are
Paid directly before you embark on your journey.

Your Taxi Service is Booked
into our System once you receive a Confirmation e-mail.
If you haven't received your
Confirmation E-Mail then you're not Booked into my System.
Any special needs must
be put in the original booking request, and I will try to
accommodate all.
If an error is made with the
pricing of a transfer, I will try to right it as soon as
possible.
The same applies if a transfer
is underpriced and the error is spotted, I expect the right
payment.
I can't predict your
luggage.......Let me know and I will try to have space arranged,
a Suitcase is NOT hand luggage.
I cannot change Acts of
God.......Acts of War........And Dublin Traffic!...But I Would
Love To Try The Latter.
I will do my utmost to meet the
demands placed on me, but I'm not infallible.
I reserve the right to cancel
any booking which was not given in good faith, and full
disclosure.
I DON'T work through strikes in
the Taxi industry, and any bookings entered into are cancelled
if the date chosen is a Strike day.
Any refunds due through credit
card payments will incur the service charges I have to pay.
