*       Airport pick-ups are timed to go smoothly, and I add in an extra 15 minutes waiting time for Free,

  however excess waiting time will be charged for at Euro 10.00 per 15 minutes or part thereof.

*       All fares agreed upon are the prices to be paid; normally a deposit of 50% confirms your booking.

*        If you do not have Confirmation e-mail, you are Not booked into my system.

*        All disputes will be handled as soon as possible, I value your custom.

*         Most bookings are at least to be 3 days in advance, but this can be altered for special reasons.

*       If you do not give full details of the amount of baggage and it is excessive, you may forfeit up to 50% of the deposit you  have paid,  I have to be paid for at least meeting you at your pick up point.

*         I do not work during disputes in the Taxi industry, all monies paid will be returned.

*         I have very little prior knowledge of any strikes or disputes and all bookings are received in good faith.

*         Looking after you is my main aim, a happy customer is a returning customer.
